What we collect
If you are a vendor, we collect the email you sign up with, the business info you enter (name, logo, brand color, contract text, contact email), and the client records you create. If you are a client filling out an intake page, we collect the info the vendor asks you for (name, contact info, event details) plus a timestamp and IP address when you sign the contract.
How we use it
We use this info to run the app: show you your data, send the reminders the vendor set up, and keep signed contracts on file. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train AI models.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our hosting and database provider inside their managed cloud. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is limited to the EventPappy team and automated systems that run the app.
Sharing
Your client data is visible to you and to the client whose token opens the intake link. Vendors cannot see each other's clients. We share data with third parties only when needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery) or when required by law.
Your choices
Vendors can edit or delete their data any time inside the app. Clients who want their intake data changed or removed should ask the vendor they filled it out for. If that does not work, contact us directly and we will handle it.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in as a vendor. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels.
Kids
EventPappy is not designed for anyone under 18. Do not use it if you are younger than that.
