I already use a CRM. Why do I need this?+
CRMs are great for tracking, but clients still get lost in them. EventPappy is one link, three steps, done. Use it alongside your CRM or on its own.
Do my clients need to make an account?+
Nope. They tap the link and finish the three steps. No account needed.
Can I use my own contract?+
Yes. Paste your terms in Settings. Your client sees exactly that text and types their name to sign. We store a timestamped snapshot of what they agreed to.
How do I get paid?+
You paste your Stripe Payment Link. Your client pays through Stripe, the money hits your account, and you mark them paid in the dashboard. We never touch your money.
What about the timeline and event details?+
Built into step one. Event date, start time, load in, special requests, setup notes. Plus the song list. You choose what to ask.
What if they ghost me?+
We send a reminder at day 3 and day 7. If the event is under two weeks away and stuff still isn't done, you get an overdue flag so you can call them.
Is my client info safe?+
Yes. Each vendor only sees their own clients. Client links use random tokens nobody can guess. Nothing is shared or sold.
